Xurshid Rasulov was born on January 28, 1971, in Qo'qon. As the eldest child in his family, he has one younger brother and one younger sister. He completed his education at School No. 8 in Qo'qon, where he excelled academically.

After finishing school, he furthered his studies in the evening department of a conservatory, focusing on playing the rubab and composing music. From a young age, Rasulov demonstrated a strong interest in the arts and actively participated in various school events related to music and culture.

Identified by his disciplined nature and kindness, he quickly became well-regarded among peers. His musical career began to take shape when he released his first songs between 1995 and 1996. His debut album was launched in 1996. Due to the early loss of his father, Xurshid faced familial challenges, which necessitated a balance between family responsibilities and his artistic pursuits.
